I am really looking forward to reading what you have to say on this subject. I'm especially interested in how you changed your speech pattern and facial expressions. Those are two things I'm working myself.

My pleasure!

To answer your question:

Not necessarily, though you may have product build up that could be skewing your results?

I usually clarify before starting a new line of products in general or every few weeks depending on what I'm using.

Make sure that the shampoo you use is strong enough to remove your styling and conditioning products, to reduce the chances of product overload!

Take care!

Thank you so much! I love the J/A/S/O/N conditioner as a co-wash.

I do have one more very simple questions.

I tried the Nexxus Humec. Moist. Conditioner. I hated it the first two times I used it after shampooing with the Suave Rosemary and Mint Shampoo. Left my hair hard afterwards.

I tried it again today. Didn't shampoo, when I washed the conditioner out my hair felt like heaven. Is this a common occurence when mixing product lines?

After reading your review, I just purchased these online. I couldn't wait, especially after realizing that my conditioners were laden with silicones that don't penetrate my hair.. Grrr.. I'm so excited to try them out. I also got the Moisture sample pack so I'm looking forward to that too. Thank you for an excellent review as always. I love your blog.

I've searched the entire internet(at least it felt that way).

I need a conditioner combo that will supply me with:
Moisture
Little to none silicones
Slip
Will give me soft pliable hair.
Nice scent (I am not particular, I just like my hair to have a pleasant smell)
I am willing to spend up to $15- 25

I know its hard to offer suggestions without seeing the hair, but I am relaxed, its neck length, fine but alot of hair so I have to be careful not to weigh my hair down with products. I shampoo, deep condition, and flat iron my hair twice a month. I moisturize every other day with HHLTR leave in and seal with Grapeseed oil.

Just for more information, my hair likes HH Hello Hydration and Yes to Carrots C is for Conditioner. These products work the best out of the many I have tried.

My hair hates any ORS conditioner, the organix coconut conditioner, Suave almond and shea butter conditioner, and Aussie. Thats just a quick list.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for this. I'm 5ft 2'' an used to be able to wear 6'' heels. Now I wear much lower heights, my ankles have become weak and I can't walk for a long time in them either. The only time I can rock heels with no problem is when I'm in regular dance classes. My feet become very strong but I don't bother to wear 6'' heels, I don't see the point anymore I also use insoles to absorb shock. My system with heels is if I feel extra uncomfortable I don't buy them no matter how cute they are. I make it a point to mostly buy lower shoes now.
