Q & A: Ms. Bea/DC Replacement for Say Yes to Carrots Pampering Mud Mask

Beloved readers, Ms. Bea asked:

Question? I’m looking to replace a product (Say yes to Carrots- Hair and Scalp Mud)it discontinued just recently I used it both as a deep conditioner and leave in. Any suggestions as a replacement. I prefer natural products.

I ADORE that product. Yes to Carrots, how could you!?

This is frustrating, indeed.

Well, if that is the hand they wish to play, I suppose we’ll all have to frown and go our not-so-merry ways.

For a replacement:

I like J/A/S/O/N conditioners, they are on the same level with SY2C in terms of quality, price, and “natural-ness,” when you compare their ingredients. I have MANY a review from that company on my blog (see categories).

Any masks by Organix are top notch as well, and in the same price range (though a bit less “natural”) and performance category. I have reviews aplenty of this brand’s products as well.

Nature’s Gate is lesser quality (in terms of performance on my 3c/4a tresses), but natural, and in the same price range.

The Jane Carter Solution makes my hair sing, but is far pricer than the above mentioned brands. You pay for what you get, in this case (See reviews).

Aveda always delivers as well, while being somewhat  “natural” –at a price, as well (I have several reviews on products this line as well).

I hope my J/A/S/O/N and Organix views help you find a substitute.
