Beloved readers, I first used this according to the directions…which did state I COULD leave it in and not rinse it out.
This outperformed Beyond the Zone Noodle Head for me, while texlaxed to a 3a texture (I don’t care for Andre Walker’s system, but I know it is popular).
In all categories: texture, shine, softness, bounce, length retention once curls take shape, definition, smell, conditioning, ingredients, and quality. It does have a higher price being a salon product -$15 for the tube.
However, it lasts longer for me than a bottle of Noodle Head and with those results…I couldn’t turn away. I’m convinced…professional products DO have something other’s lack.
With all that typed and read, while texlaxed it DID cause build up in short order. Wash at least every 3 days or daily if you use it as a leave in.
THIS PERFORMS SUPERBLY AS A DEEP CONDITIONING PRODUCT. It is one of the best I’ve used, period.
This creamy, off-white, very sweetly (think bakery, powdered sugar, and saturated fat) scented, pudding-thick conditioner wraps around every strand and melts tangles with ease. It makes detangling a breeze.
Natural, my hair drank this in and shone like the sun. It won’t give you a texture you don’t have, but will perfect greatly what you so have, natural pretty faces.
Relaxed all stars, parched hair, due to chemicals will be greatly soothed by this.
Texlaxed and natural sweeties, meet a potential new best friend! It has multiple uses and is truly THICK and conditioning. A sort of “Wow! My hair feels different…and I like it!” kind of conditioning! It even reduced shrinkage for me!
Every time I use it as a DC, and not a leave-in, my hair dries as soft as high-quality fleece!
Key Ingredients:

I replied to this with a post. It will be in the Q & A Category with “Denise” in the title.
